Visitor Management / Envoy. DCX utilizes Envoy Technologies, Inc. ("Envoy") for visitor registration, check-in, access workflow, and identity verification. As a condition of entry, individuals may be required to register in advance or upon arrival, present a valid government-issued photo identification, and permit scanning or verification of such identification. Where enabled, individuals may be offered biometric facial recognition for expedited identity verification and access.
Video and Audio Surveillance. DCX facilities are monitored by continuous video surveillance and, in designated security-sensitive areas, audio recording, for purposes including physical security, protection of critical infrastructure, incident response, and investigations. Surveillance may occur in common areas, entrances/exits, corridors, data halls, exterior grounds, and other security-sensitive locations. No expectation of privacy exists in monitored areas, except where prohibited by law.
Consent. By entering or remaining on DCX property, individuals acknowledge and consent to the access control, identity verification (including biometric identifiers where enabled), and video/audio monitoring described in these Rules.
