Project ARCO: Is the Future of AI Infrastructure.

Project ARCO objective is to define how the next-generation of data centers are designed, powered, and operated. Led by DCX in partnership with Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and Arizona State University (ASU), ARCO is advancing nuclear-powered, AI-native data centers built for resilience, scale, and national importance. As part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s MARVEL program, DCX and its partners are demonstrating how advanced nuclear energy can directly power AI and high-performance computing workloads—eliminating reliance on traditional power production while enabling deterministic, always-on compute. This work positions Project ARCO as a foundational blueprint for the future of sovereign AI infrastructure.
